Inheritance Advance With No Credit Check — Approved in 24 Hours
No credit check. No employment verification. No bank statements. We don’t care about your credit score because this is not a loan, it’s an advance — repaid by the estate, not by you personally.
Why We Don’t Need a Credit Check
Most lenders run your credit because they need to predict whether you’ll make monthly payments. But an inheritance advance has no monthly payments. The estate — not you — pays us back at probate close. So your credit score is irrelevant to the decision.
This is the core difference between an advance and a loan. A loan is a personal debt. An advance is an assignment of your future inheritance. We assess the estate. We don’t assess you.
Who Qualifies (the Short List)
You qualify if:
- You’re a verified heir of a deceased person’s estate (named in a will, or an heir under your state’s intestate laws).
- The estate has entered or is about to enter probate.
- Your expected inheritance share is at least $15,000.
- You’re 18 or older.
That’s it. We don’t ask about your job, your income, your debts, or your credit.
Bad Credit? Bankruptcy? Unemployed? Still Eligible.
The reasons heirs come to us in their time of need often include:
- Bad credit from years of medical bills, divorce, or unexpected hardship.
- Recent or active bankruptcy. Doesn’t matter to us.
- Unemployed or between jobs — you don’t need income to qualify.
- Self-employed with hard-to-document income — irrelevant.
- Recent immigrants or limited US credit history — fine.
- Young heirs with no credit file at all — also fine.
If you’re an heir and the estate is real, we want to help.
What We Check Instead
Instead of pulling your credit, we look at the estate itself. Our review includes:
- The will (if one exists), to confirm you’re a beneficiary.
- Death certificate.
- Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration issued by the probate court.
- Probate case filing and case number.
- Estate inventory or asset summary (if available).
- Conversation with the executor or probate attorney to confirm timeline and approximate distribution amount.
If you don’t have all of these yet, apply anyway. We’ll work with your executor or attorney to gather what’s missing.

Same-Day Funding Scenarios
We can often fund the same day if:
- You apply before noon ET with complete documentation.
- The estate has Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration already issued.
- Your bank accepts same-day wires (most do).
- The advance amount is in the lower range ($5,000–$50,000).
For larger advances or estates still gathering documents, the typical timeline is 1–2 business days.

What Heirs Say
“My credit was shot from medical bills. Every bank said no. Advanced My Inheritance said yes in two hours.”
“I was in active bankruptcy. They funded me anyway because it’s not a loan.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you pull my credit at all?
No. Not a soft pull. Not a hard pull. Your credit report and score are never touched.
Can I qualify with bad credit or bankruptcy?
Yes. Credit is not a factor. Active bankruptcy, low scores, and limited credit history are all fine. We look at the estate, not at you.
Do I need a job or income?
No. We don’t verify employment or income. Many heirs we fund are retired, between jobs, or self-employed.
Why don’t you need a credit check?
Because this is not a loan. The estate — not you — repays us. There are no monthly payments. Your credit score has no bearing on whether the estate will distribute as expected.
How fast can I really get funded?
As fast as the same day if you apply before noon ET with complete documents. Typical funding is 1–2 business days.
Will this show up on my credit report later?
No. We don’t report to credit bureaus. The advance is invisible to your credit profile.
